QFFE International Conference

Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on March 28 and will be possible until May 2, 2022 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

In-person conference. No hybrid or online format.

FEES

- 250€ for academics
- 400€ for non-academics and dual academic/non-academic employment

The registration fee includes:
- admission to all scientific sessions
- conference material (badge, program, etc.)
- coffee breaks and lunches
- social events and dinners

All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.

PAYMENT

The link to the online payment will be sent after acceptance of your application, and you will receive a confirmation after your payment.

CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellation must be received in advance by email. Participants wishing to withdraw might have their fees refunded as follows:

- Cancellation due to French or local government measures related to the COVID-19 until June 13: refund of the full fee
